Not staying logged in

Occasionally, a browser can enter a state whereby it won’t remember your Bailiwik login and password, requiring you to enter your email address and password every time that you go to Bailiwik.com.  We know that this is frustrating.  In order to fix your browser, perform these steps:

1. Enter your username and password when you are asked.
2. After you are logged in, immediately log out.  This is the important step – you must log out in order to reset your browser’s cookies.
3. Login again, and be sure to press the “Remember Me” box.

This should fix the problem, and you can verify this by closing your browser completely, opening it again, and navigating to Bailiwik.com.  If this does not fix the problem, you can contact us here.
