This is currently my favorite meditation to do as much as I can every morning or afternoon. I find that it really sets a positive and constructive mood for my day.

It’s broken up into 6 phases:
1. Connection
2. Gratitude
3. Freedom from negative charges
4. Creative visualization
5. Intentions for the day
6. Blessing from the Universe or God
